Are you Products cruelty free?

That is correct all our products are 100% cruelty free. 

Are your products handmade?

That is correct all our products are 100% handmade by us at LaCharles Cosmetics. But don't worry our office is sterilized  to make sure you receive the nest quality every time you order.

Are your products edible?

No, no none of our products are edible even though we know our products smell like a snack. 

My order has been marked delivery, but no package arrive what should I do?

Sometimes USPS,Fedex, or UPS will mark a package as delivered, but won't deliver it until the next day. We recommend you waiting 2-3 days , and then file a claim with the carrier. 

 Why my shipping information says pre- shipment?

This is mean your order has been packed and has been picked up by the carrier, but your item haven't been received by the post office yet. Usually tracking information will update within 24-48 hours. If tracking do not update after 48 hours please contact the shipping carrier.

What are your products shelf life?

Our lotions can last up to 12 months after being opened. 

Our hair shampoo/ conditioner can last up to 18 months after being opened.

Our lipgloss can last up to 12-18 months after being opened.  

How often do we restock?

We try to restock bi-weekly on Friday, please follow us on Instagram at lacharlescosmetics or subscribe to our E-Mail list to be notify when we restock. 

Difference between processing time and shipping time?

The processing time is the amount of time it takes to package your order. The shipping time is the amount of time it takes for your package to be deliver to you.

Where is LaCharles Cosmetics located?

We are located in Mississippi. 

Where can we purchase LaCharles Cosmetics products?

You can only purchase our products online at Lacharlescosmetics.com

Can I change my address after I placed my order?

Please E-Mail us ASAP after placing your order to change your address at lacharlescosmetics@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order after I placed an order?

Yes, if your order has not been shipped off yet you can cancel your order. If you received tracking information and shipping label you cannot cancel your order. 

When will my order be ship?

Orders will be ship within 1-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). During holidays, black Fridays, or high volume of orders processing time is 7-14 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

What happen my package is return to sender?

You will be refunded, but we will take up to 25% out of your refund to cover shipping cost and restock cost. 

Does your products contain nuts?

Yes, all of our products contains 100% coconut oil.

How do I test our your products to ensure the safety of my skin?

If you are worried that your skin might break out, please apply only a small amount on your skin for a patch test. 

What if my package was damage during transit?

LaCharles Cosmetics is not responsible for any damages during in transit. Once your package leaves our office, your package are under the responsibility of the carrier. please file a claim with the carrier and follow their instructions.

What if my package was stolen or lost?

LaCharles Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.Once your package leaves our office, your package are under the responsibility of the carrier. please file a claim with the carrier and follow their instructions. If theft is suspected please file a police report.
