Shipping

At the moment our regular processing time for orders is 3-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Processing time during holidays, black Friday, and high volume order times is 7-14 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Shipping time for all U.S. orders is 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Shipping time for international orders is 7-21+ business days (not including weekends or holidays). LaCharles Cosmetics is NOT responsible for custom/import fees. After placing your order an order confirmation will be sent to your email, and your tracking will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Info

We cannot guarantee the correction of your addresses after your order has been shipped, even if you email us. Please make sure at checkout your address is CORRECT. If your package is returned back to us because of an invalid address, we will send you an email. If we email you and there is no response, your order will be canceled and refunded, minus a restocking fee of up to 25% off your order. LaCharles Cosmetics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. 

Lost Or Stolen Packages

LaCharles Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. LaCharles Cosmetics will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
