Thank you so much for ordering with us at lacharlescosmetics.com. We are more than happy to help you with any issue you may have with your order. Due to sanitary issues, we cannot offer returns/exchanges, so please look over your order carefully before checking out. All of our products are hand-inspected carefully to ensure the quality of our products. 

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes can be made after your order has been placed, as long as the requests are processed before your order has been shipped. We cannot guarantee the correction of your addresses after your order has been shipped, even if you email us. Please make sure at checkout your address is CORRECT. If your package is returned back to us because of an invalid address, we will send you an email. If we email you and there is no response, your order will be canceled and refunded, minus a restocking fee of up to 25% off your order. 

If you received your package and your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing please email us at lacharlescosmetics.com. Please include your order number in the subject line, also submit a photo image of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/ defective. If you are missing a product(s), submit an image of the items you received.
